Six-Pack Abs Fast

For most people, six-pack abs is one of the most desired goals when it comes to fitness. It is something so many want yet something so many have not achieved for one reason or another. It kills me to see people working to achieve six pack abs only to fail again and again because of the wrong approach and lack of right information.

Getting a ripped six-pack abs takes a lot of serious hard work, dedication, focus, and the right combination of nutrition and workout routine.

The truth is, having six-pack abs is very rewarding not only in the sense of looking good, but also because of how rewarding it is to see all your hard work pay off.

Each one of you reading this can achieve six-pack abs! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, know that it is possible. Sure it will take some longer than others, but when it comes down to it, we can ALL achieve getting cut six-pack abs!

Below I will go over the most important factors when it comes to getting six pack abs fast. This is not going to be easy, but if you get dedicated you will achieve that six-pack you have always wanted!

Time to get serious.

If you are looking to lose that unwanted fat and start replacing it with ripped lean muscle you must get serious and dedicate yourself to doing it. There are no “magic pills” or “ab machines” that are going to get you there. It is going to take hard work, dedication, focus, and a will to push through if you want to get the results you want.

It is time to get your mind right, buckle down, and get healthy.

Nutrition must be on point.

“Abs are made in the kitchen.” Eighty percent of the results you will get will come from the foods you eat. Stop putting garbage into your body that is making you fat and sick. Start focusing on eating natural, clean foods and the fat will start to melt off.

Focus your meals on getting tons of vegetables, proteins, and healthy fats. Cut down on your processed carbs and grains (breads, pastas, rice’s, muffins, chips, pancakes, etc.), as this is what is killing your results and your gut. A nutrition plan that is made up with the majority of your meals coming from tons of vegetables, good sources of protein (eggs, chicken, grass fed meats, fish), and healthy fats (coconut oil, grass fed butter, nuts, seeds) will bring you results fast.

Studies have even shown that by just switching your breakfast to eggs instead of a bagel will bring huge results. Start getting serious about your nutrition and watch your results go through the roof.

Doing the right kind of workouts.

Stop the long slow cardio workouts. They aren’t going to bring you the results you are looking for. If you want to get results you must amp up your workouts. This means keeping them high intensity throughout.

Start incorporating sprints, weight training, or High Intensity Interval Training into your routine. Your workouts must be intense if you want results. Simple as that.

An intense 20-minute weight lifting session will far outperform an hour on the treadmill any day of the week. Step out of your comfort zone and bump up the intensity. Lift some iron and start breathing heavy. This is the kind of hard work that will bring your abs out from hiding.

Start moving.

In today’s society movement is becoming more and more of a problem. With that average American watching close to 4 hours of TV a night, sitting down is a big issue. I encourage you to get off your butt and start moving. This could simply mean going for a walk, a hike, or playing Frisbee at the park.

Start taking the stairs, stand up and walk around at work, park your car further away. Any way you can start moving more, do it! When watching TV, stand up and stretch or foam roll.

By doing these things you will only be helping further your results to getting healthy and getting six pack abs.

In short.

The formula to achieve six pack abs does not have to be all that complicated. If you get serious and dedicate yourself for a short period of time, you can and will achieve your fitness goals.

Get serious about your nutrition and start kicking your workouts up a notch! Your abs are tired of hiding. It is on you to bring them out.

Start changing your ways and go after that dream body! Results are right around the corner…
