Two Interval Workouts

Lately I have been putting together some fun interval workouts that can be done in less than 15 minutes. They are incredibly hard but quite fun (well sort of). What I love about interval training is the fact that you can get such a great workout in a very short period of time. Give these two workouts below a shot and be sure to let me know what you think in the comments section below.

Workout Number One:

In this workout, you will be cycling through two different sets of intervals. Both will focus on full body movements and will require very little rest. The interval time frame is 30 seconds on with a 10 second break as you move to the next exercise. Once finished with one full round, you will get a 60 second break as outlined below:

*Be sure to warm up before doing this workout*

In between exercises, take no longer than a 10 second break. Rest only where it says to rest.

Squat Jumps: 30 seconds
Push-Ups: 30 seconds
Kettlebell Swings: 30 seconds
Lunges: 30 seconds each leg

Rest 60 seconds
Repeat One more time through!

Once completing two rounds of the workout above, finish with the workout below:

You should have no rest between exercises. Rest only where it says to rest.

Burpees: 30 seconds
Bodyweight Squats: 30 seconds
Burpees: 30 seconds

Rest 60 seconds
Repeat 3 times!

Total Workout Time: 14 minutes and 30 seconds
