Workout Details:

Perform 10 reps on each exercise with a 2-second pause and explosive push on each. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 20-40 seconds between full rounds and repeat 5 TOTAL rounds.

Pause-Push Pushups or Explosive Pushups: 10 reps
Pause-Push Bulgarian Split Squat or Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps: 10 reps
Pause-Push Pull-Ups: 10 reps
Ice Skaters: 10 reps each side
Rest 20-40 seconds and repeat 4 more times for 5 total rounds.
