I’ll explain everything below… For years now, I have spent time studying and researching anything I could get my hands on when it comes to health and fitness.

And from all the notes that I have taken, there are three major reoccurring themes that always seem to pop up when I look at the most fit individuals.

Below, we will cover exactly what those are…

For years, I was horrible at this… I never kept any kind of training notebook or anything… I simply relied on my memory.

The problem is, how on earth are you supposed to remember how many reps you did last Friday on set number 4, exercise 7?

It can get quite complicated.

Tracking your workouts and exactly what you are doing in them is KEY to seeing great success.

By doing so, you can always ensure that you are improving from workout to workout.

According to one study, researchers found that those who tracked their workouts were 3.5X more likely to be successful in their workouts.

So get yourself a training notebook or tracking app and start tracking!

#2 Successfully Fit People STICK TO IT!

When I first started doing personal training, I remember a new client I got one week that had been shopped around to nearly every trainer in the gym.

Within a few weeks, she did the same thing to me that she did to all the trainers and went and found someone new (still don’t know why)… Within the next 2 months, she had been through every trainer in the gym and eventually never showed up again.

You see this all the time… People searching for the “next best thing” causing them to jump from one thing to the next while never completing anything they start.

If you look at someone who is successfully fit, you will notice that they both START and FINISH programs and plans. They stick to it, no matter what.

If they are set on carb cycling for 30 days, they do it and finish it.

If they want to complete a 12-week workout program, they map it out or pick up one that is already “done-for-you” and DO IT!

Bottom line, if you want to be successful in your fitness… finish what you start.

#3 Successfully Fit People Make Fitness SOCIAL!

According to recent research, just having others involved in your workouts and fitness journey will make you 37% more likely to succeed.

This can mean a workout partner, Facebook Group, or even by just being on a newsletter like the one you are reading right now.

By making fitness social, not only will it make everything more fun… It will also provide you with motivation and guidance.

For instance, in our Superhero Body Facebook Group, I have received plenty of emails saying how helpful it has been simply because of the accountability and motivation of others posting their progress.

Seeing inspiration and others success forces you to want to be better too. Get involved and your results will skyrocket.

As you have heard me talk about the last few days, this transformation contest has been something I have wanted to do for a long time now…
