Six-Pack Abs or Getting Healthy?
(This is an email I sent out earlier today and felt that I should share it on the blog with you. It directly applies to our past series about Six-Pack Abs.)

The other day, I was talking to a good family friend of mine and mentioned the recent series that just took place over at BodyFitFormula.com.
I was telling him all about how the six-pack series went and just how great the response I got was.
The problem with our conversation, however, was the vibe I was getting from him: “why are you telling me this? I will never get six-pack abs, nor do I care if I get six-pack abs.” There was no disrespect during our conversation but something was off…
Now, I am not sure if this is truly how my friend felt but this was the attitude he was giving off so I wanted to quickly address the situation:
SIX-PACK ABS OR GETTING HEALTHY
I will first just say this: I truly believe that anyone reading this right now can achieve six-pack abs. Sure, it will take some longer than others but if you apply the information from our Six-Pack Abs Series, you will be well on your way to achieving some serious results.
Now with that said, many people out there could care less if they ever achieve six-pack abs so why on earth would they want to read an article about it, let alone a full series?
The truth is, whether you are working to get six-pack abs or not, what you are ultimately doing is getting healthy.
The principles in our series were not just about how to get a ripped set of abs, although they will help you get there. It was also about how to bring life long health!
So many people get intimidated when they hear the words “six-pack abs”, “lose fat”, “build lean muscle”, etc. simply because they believe it could never happen for them…
However, no matter what your goals: to get six-pack abs, burn fat, build muscle, or simply get healthy, the guidelines in our series will help you get there!
When I was talking about this with my friend, I made it clear that the series was NOT just about how to get abs. The principles we covered will also help get you healthy!
When I mentioned this to him, his interest sparked. He was very interested in getting healthy, but six-pack abs was the last thing he could care about at this point in his life.
The point I want to make, is that whether you want to get abs or simply get healthy, if you apply the principles from the six-pack abs series you will achieve great health and of course move closer to getting abs!
I don’t want to turn anyone off just because of the name of the series. It is the principles of the series that anyone can apply to their life right now to help achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health.
