Ever Wonder How To Do Double Unders?
As you know, Shawna Kaminski has an amazing new jump rope program over at ChallengeJumpRope.com. This program includes 31 different workouts that are all designed to blast away unwanted fat.
That said, I have decided to put together a little bonus for you where I teach you three exercises to help you improve (and start dominating) double unders.
My record for double unders is 305 reps in a row. And just yesterday, I completed my best triple under record when I completed 21 in a row. My next goal is to get 50 triple unders and to beat my 305 double under record (I need to train for that one!)
Anyways, in the video below I will show you three exercises that will help you quickly improve your double unders.
In the last three days, my wife went from getting 8 double unders in a row on day one, to 16 on day two, and 29 on day three by following these three exercises.

- Single Under Quick Jumps
- No Rope Quick High Jumps
- Double Unders
As you saw, the third exercise you should do to improve your double unders is…. Double unders! The more you practice, the better you become.
Here is one of the 10 minute workouts Kels did to help her improve her double under score:
Single Under Quick Jumps: 60 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
No Rope Quick High Jumps: 60 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Double Unders: As many as possible in 60 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Single Under Quick Jumps: 30 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
No Rope Quick High Jumps: 30 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Double Unders: As many as possible in 60 seconds
Rest 30 seconds
Single Under Quick Jumps: 30 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
No Rope Quick High Jumps: 30 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Double Unders: As many as possible in 60 seconds
This is a challenging workout but a great way to really increase those double unders!
