BodyFit YouTube Channel Up And Running!
As promised the YouTube Channel is up and running. I have just posted the very first video! Take a look below and let me know what you think:
Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes:
- Pull-Ups: 10 reps
- Push-Ups: 20 reps
- Deadlifts: 7 reps
