Bodyweight Domination 4th of July Workout

Happy 4th Bodyweight Workout!

One of my favorite kind of workouts to put together, are workouts done on holidays. Why? Because everyone is so willing to work extra hard because they know they are about to indulge in foods they probably shouldn’t.

That being said, for today’s workout I will be using what I call the four most powerful fat burning at home exercises and combining them into one insane circuit for you. Let the fireworks fly!

The 4th Workout

Exercises: Sprints in Place, Push-Ups, Burpees, Squat Jumps.

Workout Interval:

  • Advanced: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest
  • Intermediate: 30 seconds on, 15 seconds rest
  • Beginner: 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest

Move from one exercise to the next in the interval fashion of your choice. You will continue in this interval for a total of 15 minutes!

Once the 15 minute is done, rest 60 seconds and complete the finisher below:


Exercises: Squat to Squat Jump, Burpees (no push-up)

Complete 5 reps on each exercise and do as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes.
