3 Reasons You Can’t Get Lean…

    Thank you for putting together “90 meal prep” on the Super Hero Body program. This may seem like a goofy question, but for your traditional breakfast of 4 eggs and 6oz of ground beef, is that 6oz measured before or 6oz cooked?

      Hey Sam, absolutely. I LOVE that manual. Super helpful. I don’t necessarily measure it out, just eyeball it. Maybe a little more if I am hungry or less if I am not. Hope that helps. As I like to say, eat when you are hungry and until you are satisfied!
